Disclosure of your information
Where you provide us with personal data, the data will only be used for the service you have requested. We will not disclose or share any personal data with other organisations or third parties.
In the course of regular supervision as a coach and supervisor of coaches I may discuss clients with my supervisor. I will refer to clients by first name only. No other data is given that could identify them (e.g. location or organisation). I am an accredited coach with The Association for Coaching and work within their global code of ethics: https://www.associationforcoaching.com/page/AboutCodeEthics.
Where we store your personal data
All data is kept securely. If it is stored electronically, it is password-protected; if it is in the form of handwritten notes, as is typically the case for notes of coaching sessions, this is kept in a locked filing cabinet.
If your concerns are not addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office). Further details about your rights under data protection legislation can be found on the ICO’s website at https://ico.org.uk/ .
