Our approach
Our work with teams is usually based on some initial diagnostic work with a representative sample of team members, so that we can design a bespoke programme that will meet your needs. We work with you to shape outcomes and agree the event's style and structure. Typically, our events focus on the real issues you are facing, blended with activities that are purposeful, practical and engaging.
What we do
Goals: help teams to develop their vision, strategy and direction, and/or a business plan
Roles: team building with new or merging teams to enable them to get to know each other better, understand each other's roles, define priorities and ways of working together
Real world: facilitating the team to work on a range of key work-related issues they need to address
Change: help teams facing change to come to terms with change, manage transition, celebrate success and move forward
Communication: using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to explore different styles in the group, or improve the team's ways of working, and also offer practical team building exercises that are fun and develop positive relationships.
